We return again to the theme of hope. Next Thursday (19 May) will be the Confirmation Service so I will be talking to the school about this. One of the children next week will be baptized. In the early church baptism was a reenactment of death and resurrection - being plunged under water to 'drown the old Adam' and being brought up gasping to new life in Christ. Hope made visible!
